Damages, Returns, or Cancellations:
Returns: To return a product you must contact us to get a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). When we email you the RGA with the return address and RGA #you can return the item accordingly.
Item must be returned uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition within 30 days of receipt. Returns due to buyers remorse will incur a 20% restocking fee + outbound freight (what it cost us to ship the product to you). You will be responsible to get the product back to us. For plumbing fixtures we do not accept installed product back due to buyers remorse. If product is returned not in resalable condition we will return the product to you and a refund will not be issued.
Any common carrier damages must be refused upon delivery and you must notify us so we can either send you a replacement or refund you accordingly. UPS damages must be reported within 1 week. We will give you an option to have a new product sent or a full refund for products damaged due to shipping.
If a product has a manufacturers defect we will have you ship the product back to us to verify. If the product is indeed defective we will issue a full refund or send you a new product, your choice. If we deem the product to be not defective we will give you the option to either take the product back or we will credit you minus all applicable restocking fees.
Shipping to a Different Address Than Billing Address:
Due to massive amounts of fraud and to help protect your information we have had to create a new policy as it pertains to shipping to a different address than your billing address. If you're shipping a product to a different address than your billing address you will need to email a copy of your ID as well as credit card to firstname.lastname@example.org, please reference your order number. We are not asking for anything more than what a retail store would ask when they ask to see your ID to verify the person buying is actually the owner of the credit card. For special considerations please contact our sales staff.
Free Shipping Policy:
We offer free shipping on all orders over $500.00. Any orders below $500.00 will carry a $15.00 handling charge that will be applied at checkout.
We ship free to 48 of the 50 states. Alaska and Hawaii will have a shipping fee. We will contact you after your order is placed to let you know the amount once we get a quote. At this point you can either continue with the order or cancel it. Of course you can always contact us before you place the order to confirm shipping amounts.
Shipping to Other Countries:
We do business with countries all over the world. We will ship to Canada, however shipping fees will apply and will be charged separately. Other countries must use a freight forwarder.
Products shipped into the state of Florida (excluding freight forwarders) are subject to a 6% sales tax.

Our products carry the full warranty of the given manufacturer. Different manufacturers offer different warranties on different products. If you have a question about a warranty feel free to contact us.
Due to human nature there will be typographical errors once in a while. If there is an error let us know and we will get it fixed on the site. Product images might differ from the actual product due to specialized finishes, monitor settings, screen types, and other factors beyond our control. Please use images on this site as a reference and not as what the actual product will look like. There could be slight differences between the image and the actual product itself and we will not be held responsible for incorrect orders due to images. If you need to see the product in real life then we recommend a local retail store.
